A separate reservation is no longer required to climb at Allez Out.






T I M E   S L O T S

Each reservation will give you access to Allez Out for a period of 2 hours.

You must have checked in, warmed up, climbed and left Allez Out within these 2 hours.

When you make your reservation you will be asked to choose a time slot. All time slots are staggered to avoid lineups and to allow cleaning between each group.

All reservations must be paid for at the time of booking. You will be asked to provide your credit card number.

You can reserve for a second person who is already accredited at the centre, but you will be responsible for the second reservation (payment and "no show" fees).









Yes. You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the start of your time slot.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the booking there will be a $10 + tax cancellation fee.

Yes. Places are limited, so if you don't show up for your reservation there will be a no-show fee. EFT and prepaid members will be charged $10 on their credit card. 10 punch pass holders will have one entry deducted. Daypass holders will not be refunded the cost of their entry.
Yes. You can arrive late to your reservation, but you must respect the end time of your time slot and you will not be given a time extension. You can show up to 30 minutes before the end of your reservation. After that time we consider you have not shown up and you will have to pay the "no show" fee.
You can show up without a reservation but you will not be able to enter Allez Out without a reservation. You can make a reservation on your phone when you arrive. We cannot guarantee that there will be time slots available.
No. If you book two time slots one after the other in the same day, the second one will be automatically cancelled. The reservation will only be accepted if you pay for the second reservation as a second entry. For 10 punch pass holders, two entries will be deducted and for daypasses and EFT and prepaid members, the entry will have to be paid for twice.
No. You cannot exchange reservations with another member. The reservation will have to be cancelled and re-booked by the other member.
Yes. You can book for 2 people at a time. Both climbers must be accredited at the centre. You are responsible for the reservation of your partner. You will have to pay your partners entrance fee at the time of reservation if he/she is not an EFT or prepaid member or does not have a 10 punch pass. You are also responsible for the no show fees if the person does not show up.
