N E W M E A S U R E S
Following the government's October 5th announcements, activities in an indoor public place remain open. The center's measures and capacity have been updated in line with public health recommendations.
Our capacity is reduced to 25 people at a time per sports area. According to the public health department, a sports area is determined by each subdivision in a sports complex.
As of Friday, October 9th, Allez Up will be divided into 3 sports areas, including the Allez Out outdoor wall. This will give you access to more time slots. For more information about the sport areas, please see below.
These are a lot of changes, but the good news is that we can stay open and this new way of functionning will allow us to offer you more time slots.
The entire Allez Up team would like to thank you for your patience and understanding of the current situation.

A reservation is required to climb at Allez Out. For more information about reservations, please follow the link below.
THINGS TO KNOW
You have 2 hours to climb (you must have left Allez Up before the end of your 2 hours).
You need a reservation to climb at Allez Out.
You will have to check in when you arrive and check out when you leave.
You must arrive dressed and ready to climb as the changing rooms are temporarily closed.
Shirt and shoes are now mandatory.
Please bring a full water bottle as the water fountains are closed.
To minimize handling and transactions, cash is no longer accepted as a method of payment at the centre.
All transactions are made online by credit card at the time of booking. All transactions at the centre are charged directly to your account. The charge will be made to your credit card weekly.
Rental services remain available. Shoes and belay devices are disinfected according to manufacturers' recommendations after each use. Harnesses are removed from service for 24 hours for decontamination after each use.
Chalk rental is suspended for the duration of the pandemic.
During the entire duration of your visit to Allez Up, as well as during check-in and check-out, regulations and recommendations regarding social distancing must be respected. You must keep a minimum distance of two metres between each person during your visit.
COHABITATION AND RELATIONSHIPS
Even if you are co-habiting or in a relationship with your climbing partner, you must respect social distancing. Knowing that distancing is one of the most effective tools against the spread of the virus, everyone will have to submit to it in order to provide the safest possible environment for everyone.
CHILDREN UNDER 14 YEARS OF AGE
The only valid exception to social distancing is for children under 14 years of age and their parent living in the same household. Parent-child climbers must stay together in the marked areas and respect all other distancing measures.
Hand sanitizing upon arrival at Allez Up will be mandatory. In addition, there will be several hand sanitizing stations through the outdoor space.
We strongly recommend the use of liquid chalk since the alcohol content is usually over 70% and can even reach 99.9%, which contributes to the disinfection process.
If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, difficulty breathing, sick, cold or tired) or are in voluntary isolation, we ask that you respect this isolation and stay home. You must diagnose your condition in a self-critical manner and consider the impact of transmission on others before coming to the centre. Our employees may ask you to leave the centre if they consider your health status to be at risk.
If you postpone your reservation because of your health condition or because of isolation, there will be no cancellation fee.
In order to comply with new government guidelines, masks will be mandatory at all times at Allez Up.
Masks are now mandatory when climbing routes. You can remove your mask if you are climbing outdoors.
Reusable masks are available for purchase at the gym.
Wearing shoes and a shirt is mandatory at all time
